Two women have been jailed for a cunning £54,000 jewellery theft in Leicester's Golden Mile.A CCTV camera captured the moment quick-fingered Saina Sava deftly slipped a large tray of gold bangles into a thief's pouch built into her skirt. (Keep watching - it's about 1 and a half mins into clip)
At Leicester Crown Court, Saina Sava (38) and Sedra Niculescu (28), Romanians who travelled to Leicester from Luton to commit the offence, were each jailed for 16 months.
